I Don't Just Eat — I Judge

Every city I visit, I eat like it's research — because it is. Fine dining, street food, hole-in-the-wall gems, tasting menus that cost more than my flight. I photograph everything and I have opinions about all of it. If the lighting is beautiful and the ceviche is mediocre, you'll hear about both.

A great restaurant isn't just food on a plate. It's the light hitting the glaze on the salmon. It's the bartender who remembers your name. It's the sound of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. I eat my way through Bogotá and Honolulu, one tasting menu at a time — and I bring my camera to every table.
